Please visit the page and buy the wrapping paper or the poster, send an e-card with a small contribution for fund cancer research. We all have people in our lives that have been affected by cancer one way or another. A lot of us have loved ones that have died from cancer, like I do.
My father, Torvald Landberg, died at the age of 71 from multiple Myeloma, a type of incurable blood cancer that affects your bones and marrow and eventually makes your bones so brittle they can break at the slightest misstep. It affects both men and women, is mostly detected late in a persons life and as a result it is slow growing and less aggressive then other types of cancer.
I watched my father fight cancer and pain for 7 years, incredibly brave and almost always upbeat, grateful to have a little time left and grateful for everything his doctor could do for him, from chemo to radiation. He died on January 4, 1995. Fifteen years later there are more ways to fight multiple Myeloma thanks to ongoing research throughout the world.
Please support this cause if you feel it concerns you as well. Someone will have more birthdays thanks to you.
